We offer an in-house rush as well as upgraded shipping options, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as once the item leaves our facility, it is up to the package
carrier. We Ship Only to the U.S. Canada and Australia

When Will My Order Ship
Processing begins the day after you place your order. [Unless you have requested a Mock Sample - Then production will begin after your image is approved! It is important that you check both your inbox and spam folder for any emails from us) Your order takes several processing steps from order entry to creating your image, printing, production, invoicing, packing finally, shipping.
Once your personalized plates are created, we will ship them as soon as possible from our location in Florida or from one of our suppliers;
usually within 3 -5 business days -during heavy volume / holiday times, this time frame may be extended.
Heavy Volume periods are usually May - July, Late August - Early September, November - December
Remember......take both production and package travel time into consideration then add transit travel time to figure out an approximate time it will take to get your order to you.

Shipping prices are calculated directly from UPS / USPS during checkout and usually calculated by weight, package size, and distance your order will travel (your zip code)
We offer UPS -Ground, 3rd day, 2nd day / Postal - 1st Class mail, Priority Mail and Express Mail. Transit Time [Times quoted are estimates and no delivery dates are guaranteed- Once the package leaves our facility, the rest is up to the carrier.

Dated Events
Need your item for a special event?
If your Need by Date is very close, it may not fall into the current production schedule. Please Check with us first via Chat or Email. Please remember to Place Event Orders with plenty of lead time to avoid rush charges and expedited shipping. For all evet dated orders, please note in the additional info section the day "before" the last day you can receive the order.
During December we cannot honor dated orders prior to 12/24 unless it is approved by customer service and Expedited Shipping is chosen.
We'll try our best to accommodate your needs. Please though, keep production & shipping time frame in mind.
We can try to rush production, however, we cannot rush shipping. You may choose an expedited shipping methods such as 2dy or 3dy if need be, But check the map first, no sense in paying for 2nd or 3rd day if you are in a 1 day ground transit location.

International
We Ship outside of the U.S. only to APO, CANADA, and AUSTRALIA. Canada & Austrailia only ship via USPS Priority or Expedited in order to get tracking, insurance & signature. These charges can sometimes be cost prohibitive. For Canada, we recommend if you have a friend in the U.S. let them purchase and then post to you via regular means.
- International Priority may take up to 6 weeks after production
- International Express may take up to 2 weeks after production
- International Orders Choosing Rush will only expedite production in our facility and has nothing to do with travel time. Shipments may be delayed in customs which is out of our control
- APO orders utilize Regular U.S. Shipping Methods (1st class -priority mail) However, customs etc may or may not be imposed at your border. Please leave extra time for any event date orders for APO as we have no idea how long it may take to reach your area
GuaranteeWe guarantee our work, however, personalized products cannot be returned or refunded. In the event of an issue that is our error, products will be replaced. Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. Please check shopping cart carefully for
accuracy before submitting as personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
